Scale of Fees

A — Letting Only Fee – 10%

This includes:

• Advertising of Property
• Appointments to view property
• Finding, selecting and vetting
• Referencing of tenants and collection of rent
• Protecting tenants' deposit
• Collection of all legal documentation necessary to conclude the successful letting of your property

The only fees charged to the Landlord in respect of the tenancy is for the Reference of would-be tenants.

Our fee to be deducted from the first monies received.

Our fee for letting only is due in full at the commencement of the tenancy.

B — Property Management – 12%

No fees will be charged to the Landlord in respect of the preparation and completion of the Lease Agreement.

The Management fee of 12% is made up of 6% management and 6% for rent collected.

Our fee for management is taken on a monthly basis from the rent collection.

Payments for repair etc. will all be deducted from the monthly rent collected unless otherwise agreed by the landlord/owner that payment will be made separately by them.

C — Rent Collection

5% to 8% of the monthly rent.

D — Tenant Find Only

8% to 12% of the annual rent or a one-off fee of £500 to £1,000.
